Hi, I’m Katie Jobling, a UK based artist who focuses on documenting life using paint & my paintbrush. I believe it is so important for us to fill our homes with things that make us happy, which is why I started creating art and dressing my home with colours I love. Art can have such a tremendous effect on our emotional well-being, and I am really passionate about how art can uplift and inspire.

I worked in an office for around seven years, working out exactly what made me happy. I was offered really fantastic work that got me trained in graphic design, and as much as I loved it – it still felt claustrophobic. I felt that I had all the tools to be creative, but I was stuck creating what the business wanted. So I made the scary decision of starting my own business as an artist. There has been moments of self-doubt and even negativity from those around me, but the passion and determination I have overcomes that. It has been the best change I’ve ever made, and helps me feel fulfilled and happy every day. It is a huge honour to be able to create unique pieces of art for people to enjoy all across the world.
